You might try re-installing it with:

  sudo apt-get install --reinstall libgtkmm-2.4-1v5

  gparted not working

Status in gparted package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  I am getting the following error

  /usr/sbin/gpartedbin: error while loading shared libraries:
  libgtkmm-2.4.so.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or
  directory

  I have remove and reinstalled gparted by

  sudo apt remove gparted

  sudo apt install gparted

  I have run

  sudo apt install libgtkmm-2.4

  and also run

  sudo apt install libgtkmm-2.4.so.1
  Reading package lists... Done

  Reading state information... Done

  Further I have latest upto date package libgtkmm-2.4

  sudo apt install libgtkmm-2.4
