Bug description:
  Failed to upgrade to 16.10 and 17.04.  I have the occasional message
  "the cache has no package named 'primus-libs-ia32'.  This means that
  your packages have unmet dependencies.  "<class key error> 170.85"
  Please note that this message was copied down on a scrap of paper
  several weeks ago and may contain errors!
