Public bug reported:
New install of Ubuntu Kylin (Chinese Traditional) 16.04. Updater and
software downloads failing in spite of good Internet connection. Here is
return from terminal:
~$ ubuntu-bug ubuntu-release-upgrader-core
/usr/share/apport/apport-gtk:16: PyGIWarning: Wnck was imported without specifying a version first. Use gi.require_version('Wnck', '3.0') before import to ensure that the right version gets loaded.
