Hello, i have the same problem. When i execute a program with WxPython the terminal (in ninja) show me, qprocess error. I use Ubuntu 16.04 LTS, ninja-ide, python 2.7.3 and the library wxPython version 4.0.0b1.
You can helpme with the solution of the bug?. Sory for my english.

Bug description:
  This bug allready showed up within Ubuntu 14.04, and I thought I this
  was the result of curious installs.

  Thinking it could be a good idea, starting from zero and trying out
  Ubuntu-Mate 15.10, I installed this enviroment completely new and
  everything worked fine. Except for the wrong keyboard usage of the
  system before entering the system, after entering everything is fine (
  will post a seperate error-issue for this).
