[Bug 1716630] [NEW] lsusb return "unable to initialize libusb: -99"

With Trusty kernel on arm64 system (HP Proliant m400)
lsusb command will return:
    unable to initialize libusb: -99

This issue does not exist in Xenial.

$ dpkg -l  |grep libusb
