Your environment shows:

TERM=”screen-256color”

Your TERM setting is invalid because you have somehow set it to use ”
unicode quote characters instead of ascii ".  ” is not a quote character
in shell and is treated as part of the variable, not as a quoted string.
Your terminal needs to be set to screen-256color, not to ”screen-
256color”.

Status in shim-signed package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  When I run the below command I get this error

  "sudo apt-get install rxvt-unicode"

  Installing for x86_64-efi platform.
  Installation finished. No error reported.
  Unknown terminal: ”xterm-256color”
  Check the TERM environment variable.
  Also make sure that the terminal is defined in the terminfo database.
  Alternatively, set the TERMCAP environment variable to the desired
  termcap entry.
