  10_linux detects only lowlatency kernel

Bug description:
  Having installations with uefi, ubuntu only detects low latency
  kernels, even reinstalling grub-common and ubuntustudio-default-
  settings, 10_linux only detects lowlatency kernel, and there isnt
  09_lowlatency file
