Title:
package man-db 2.7.5-1 failed to install/upgrade: triggers looping,
  abandoned

Status in man-db package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
I have Linux PC and in the beginning (2 years ago) it was really fun
to use it. Later I found out I can't perform any debugging, cookie
cleaning or screen it for viruses! So I have the old version of Ubuntu
and try to install the last one 17.04 when this error occurred. I am
not able to perform any security test because Ubuntu is not allowing
me to install and run any internet security like avast,
superantyspyware, avd etc. I can't watch any videos on Youtube,
because there is no way of installing adobe flash player. I will be
happy if somebody can help me with this issues. Thank you!
