The frglx module is not built properly against the current ABI of the X server.
Nothing Fedora can do about it; this is a problem with the frglx driver.

Bug description:
  The current release in Ubuntu Intrepid is 8-6.  The 8-6 release is not
  compatible with the Xorg ABI in Ubuntu right now.  When trying to
  install/load the driver, an error message is output to the Xorg log
  about undefined symbols.

  This is a pre-release version of the X server from The X.Org Foundation.
  It is not supported in any way.
