Bug description:
  /etc/apport/crashdb.conf was not modified to stop sending crash
  reports to Launchpad for Ubuntu 17.10, since it was released they
  should only be going to errors.ubuntu.com.

  The problem_types field needs to change to ['Bug', 'Package'].
