Title:
  mail.log stopped working - rsyslog package

Status in rsyslog package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  mail.log is not registering any activity. Attempted to reinstall
  rsyslog, change owner status on /var/log, change file permissions but
  nothing has worked so far. I want to be able to have a 'mail.log' file
  that logs things again. Thanks
