This is for the window ('Failed to download repository information')
that comes up when you close Software & Updates after changing the PPAs
and adding a PPA to the list that doesn't have packages for your
release. E.g. https://launchpad.net/~alexlarsson/+archive/ubuntu/flatpak
on artful (that might be updated soon though)

The Details box here is one line tall and can't be changed.
