Title:
Header "[!!] PAM configuration" on Final "ready to reboot" panel

Status in debian-installer package in Ubuntu:
  New
Status in ubiquity package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  Hi,
first of all I beg your pardon as I didn't know what to file this against.
Josh recommended: "Start by filing against ubiquity and cyphermox can move it if required." since I ran text only I think debian-install applies better, but I'm not sure.
A mapping page of "where in the install process found maps to which package" might be useful.

Anyway - to the bug (which is low importance anyway, but then likely
  also easy to fix).

On the final panel the installer session where it tells you "we are
done, please remove the disk to reboot" the header of this message
says "[!!] PAM configuration" which I guess is wrong.
