[Bug 1724576] [NEW] [artful server] installer offers Landscape option, but doesn't install it

Public bug reported:

I tried the artful server iso image from today, 18OCT2017, and among the
choices for keeping the server up-to-date, Landscape was offered. That
option doesn't work anymore, since landscape isn't in the image as far
as I know. I selected it and nothing bad happened, the installer
continued just fine, but in the end the installed system didn't have the
landscape client bits installed.

Landscape was removed from the ISO a while ago because of its lack of
python3 support. I guess when that was done, removing it from that list
of options to update your server was just forgotten.
