Your EFI system partition is corrupt; you will need to repair it with
either dosfsck or Windows' chkdsk/scandisk.

  removed previous folders from efi partion - ubuntu and opensuse

  deleted previous install partition

  choose install alongside existing windows installation (boots fine)
