Subject: Im a smoker.

Are  you serious? For a user  to subscribe - they  have to send a
message to the  address.  You cannot  import subscribers into  my
system. It's practically  impossible to use the service for spam by
design, apart from sending mass amounts  of messages (which I have
things in  place to prevent,  ex a  cooldown.)

In addition,  I have  contacted  the service provider  I'm using  to
send the emails and have gotten an O.K from their abuse team, I  have
informed myself on  all laws regarding the subject and follow them
accordingly. Nothing  is  unsolicited.
