Changing from "keychain" to "keyring" I got a better look at the dialog
again.

  I hope this bug is in keychain package. This is only a best guess.

  To reproduce, 
  Boot a daily live image (I am on beta 2 currently)
  Open the Software Center
  At the login prompt, use your Ubuntu account credentials
  At the prompt for a new keychain password, leave both empty
  Press Ok
  See keychain dialog text is cut
