The problem is solved by removing /lib/firmware/ath10k/QCA6174/hw3.0/firmware-6.bin
It is not a part of any official ubuntu packages, I don't remember why I installed it, but everything works fine on 5th version of API.

Bug description:
After upgrade of openssl on 2017-11-08 from 1.0.2g-1ubuntu4.8 to 1.0
.2g-1ubuntu4.9 on Ubuntu 16.04 I observed, that wireless connection
hangs after about 20-30 min from a connection. I need to reconnect it
manually from Network Manager.
Nothing appears in dmesg
In syslog the only thing appears:
Nov 22 20:43:15 msi wpa_supplicant[1288]: wlp62s0: WPA: Group rekeying
completed with 1c:7e:e5:dc:9a:72 [GTK=CCMP]
The bug disappears with a downgrade of openssl to 1.0.2g-1ubuntu4. Bug
also don't exist in ubuntu 16.10
