Bug description:
  - Ubuntu 17.04
  - $ apt-cache policy fwupd
  fwupd:
    Installed: 0.8.1-3ubuntu0.1

  The Ubuntu software tells me I need an update for the Logitech
  Unifying Receiver but is unable to install the firmware.

  I tried to attempt this with the command line tools:

    $ sudo fwupdmgr get-updates
    Unifying [runtime] has firmware updates:
    ID:                      com.logitech.Unifying.RQR12.firmware
    GUID:                    9d131a0c-a606-580f-8eda-80587250b8d6
    Update Version:          RQR12.07_B0029
    Update Checksum:         d0d33e760ab6eeed6f11b9f9bd7e83820b29e970
    Update Checksum Type:    sha1
    Update Location:         https://fwupd.org/downloads/938fec082652c603a1cdafde7cd25d76baadc70d-
    Logitech-Unifying-RQR12.07_B0029.cab
    Update Description: This release addresses an unencrypted keystroke injection issue known as
    Bastille security issue #11. The vulnerability is complex to replicate and would require a hacker to be physically close to a target.

  Then I try to manually update the firmware:

    $ sudo fwupdmgr update
    Downloading RQR12.07_B0029 for Unifying [runtime]...
    Updating RQR12.07_B0029 on Unifying [runtime]...
    Decompressing…
    version of org.freedesktop.fwupd incorrect: failed predicate [0.9.2 ge 0.8.1]

  I manually updated the firmware via a OSX installation, yet this issue persists. I am unsure if this bug is due to the firmware not being installed, or erroneously reading the hardware firmware revision
