[Bug 1730082] [NEW] 17.10 Shutdown Delayed 10 Min Due To Wifi

My Lenovo G50 laptop takes roughly 10 min to shut down, due to the wifi.
After turning off the "automatically connect" option, shutdown occurs
normally. I have found the following processes to have caused the delay:

WPA supplicant
Network manager
Raise network interfaces
