We apologise for the late response, but Ubuntu 11.04 Natty Narwhal reached EOL
on April 28, 2011. See this document for currently supported Ubuntu releases:

Please upgrade to the latest version and re-test.  If the problem is still
reproducible, please update this bug with the new information.
