The mirror of Ubuntu you are using
(http://archive.poldownload.com/ubuntu/) is not an official one and no
longer seems to be accessible. Additionally, you are trying to upgrade
to Ubuntu 14.10 which is no longer supported. Please edit the file
'/etc/update-manager/release-upgrades' and set "Prompt=lts" so the
upgrade path will be from Ubuntu 14.04 to Ubuntu 16.04.

** Changed in: ubuntu-release-upgrader (Ubuntu)
       Status: New => Incomplete

** Summary changed:

  Incomplete

  Invalid package information

  After updating your package information, the essential package
  'ubuntu-minimal' could not be located. This may be because you have
  no official mirrors listed in your software sources, or because of
  excessive load on the mirror you are using. See /etc/apt/sources.list
  for the current list of configured software sources.
  In the case of an overloaded mirror, you may want to try the upgrade
  again later.
