[Bug 1675938] [NEW] ubuntu-bug produces a duff link if already logged in

Public bug reported:

ubuntu-bug collects info, packages it, uploads it and opens rekonq to go
to a bug reporting page - all very nice but:

the link it sends rekonq to breaks if you are already logged into
launchpad because all you get is:

Launchpad Home Code Bugs Blueprints Translations Answers
You are already logged in
You are already logged in as XX. If this is not you, please log out now.

So the only way to progress is to log out and start again.

The link also chokes if you want to copy-paste it to another browser -
tricky problem is rekonq is borked...

Probably not a bug in the apport package as such and maybe a problem in
launchpad but annoying nevertheless!
