[Bug 1675928] [NEW] apport crashes if you can't read .xession-errors

Change the owner of .xsessions-errors

sudo chown root ~/.xsession-errors

Run this code

 $ python3
Python 3.5.2+ (default, Sep 22 2016, 12:18:14) 
[GCC 6.2.0 20160927] on linux
