[Bug 1701720] [NEW] lshw output is missing serial numbers for disks

Here's the lshw xml output for my node:

Some disks, for example, /dev/sdd, don't have a serial number listed.

However, the serial number for the disk is available via udevadm:
http://paste.ubuntu.com/24990967/

So, it seems like lshw should be able to include it too.
