[Bug 1701307] [NEW] no "GRUB_DISABLE_OS_PROBER" equivalent for 30_uefi-firmware

Public bug reported:

Version: 2.02~beta2-36ubuntu3

On UEFI systems, 30_uefi-firmware is a good escape hatch as some do not
provide easy or functional access to the "BIOS screen." However, on
systems that do not require this (the issue is increasingly uncommon)
this is unnecessary clutter.

While /etc/default/grub provides a way to stop grub from filling up the
boot menu with other-OS junk (the "GRUB_DISABLE_OS_PROBER" variable)
there appears to be no way to stop /etc/grub.d/30_uefi-firmware from
processing and adding this entry.

I'd like to request an equivalent variable be added to allow an
administrator to disable this, without having to alter this .deb-managed
file.

On the subject, a similar flag for 20_memtest86+ would be welcome if not
present (I have not looked to see if there is)

** Affects: grub2 (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
