[Bug 1698610] DuplicateSignature.txt

Due to a bug in apport's method for creating a duplicate signature, the
DuplicateSignature in this report was incorrect. We are fixing that now,
sorry for the noise!

  When I start the computer, an error message appears (I do not speak
  English, I do not know what it says), it asks me for my password to
  install a pluggin, but then tells me that the fault can not be solved.
