This error message popped up because you were prompted for disabling
SecureBoot in order to make dkms drivers work on your system. The
attached logs show that you never acknowledged the prompt, but instead
the terminal window appears to have been closed. Do you recall doing
this?

error message appeared on startup. Have been having issues logging in
(login loop), so may be related. Fixed my login problems by changing
permissions of my home folder.
