Your EFI system partition appears to be missing the "EFI" directory
required for it to function.  Can you check what you have on your ESP
and make sure to create an EFI directory there?

  I tryed several times to install Ubuntu 17.04 on my laptop, but every
  time installation has failed and it appears this message: "esecuzione
