[Bug 1705413] [NEW] sometimes the apport icon doesn't appear while reporting bugs

Sometimes, when I invoke ubuntu-bug $BUGGED_PACKAGE, the apport window
that appears, has no icon on the panel. So if I minimize it, the only
ways to find it again are to use ALT+TAB or the Overview screen.
