Subject: I've actually done this.

I don't  have much to  say, so have an upvote for  admitting you might
be wrong.

Though I will  concede that there is  an inherent difference  in
something like  Chinese  where  you have characters, versus other
writing systems such as Arabic or Hebrew which are still phonetic based
abjads (basically a consonant alphabet and the  markings provide
vowels).
