[Bug 1703276] [NEW] Could not install grub 2

Public bug reported:

I had to reinstall my broken ubuntu 16.04 Stella upgrade. While
reinstalling, the grub2 installation was aborted.

I am in the middle of the installation, so I can not tell which release
it is, nor the version of the package.

3) I expect the progra, to install withiut problems.
4) The failed installation of grub interrupted the process.
