Title:
Apport opens a dialog with text "text" in it

Status in apport package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
Using Kubuntu 16.04, an attempt to report a bug against libxft-dev
package by running "ubuntu-bug libxft-dev" first results to a dialog
that says "Collecting problem information" and then another dialog on
top of that which says "text" and nothing else. The dialog has
Yes/No/Cancel buttons and title "Apport". See the attachment for a
  screenshot.

So far I have always selected Cancel and then I get the "Ubuntu --
Apport" dialog with text "Send problem report to the developers?" and
a scrollable list of information. I have not attempted to send the bug
  so far.

I can reproduce the problem with the same command.

When I created this bug report with "ubuntu-bug apport" the problem
  did not occur.
