either dosfsck or Windows' chkdsk.

  unable to install grub-efi secure boot active

Status in grub-installer package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  ubuntu 16.04 64 bit secure boot enable dual boot with windows 10.
  Installation of ubuntu 16.04 64 bit didn't end properly, because it wasn't possible to install grub-efi and the installation program crushed.
  I was expecting to end the instllation well. I tryed a couple of time, same result.
