You appear to have stacked a raid1 on top of one disk, and another
raid1, which itself is only composed of a single disk.  Try not doing
that and see if that fixes it.

  grub-efi package failed to install into /target/

Status in grub-installer package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  Installing 14.04 LTS onto clean harddrives from USB.

  Checked hash of iso and did a drive check before installing. Now
  attemped 7 or 8 times (or more ;) and is totaly repeatable.

  System has 2xSSD + 1HDD with seven raided partitons and one non-raided
  for /boot/EFI
