Your EFI system partition is corrupt; you will need to repair it with
dosfsck, or Windows' chkdsk.

** Changed in: grub-installer (Ubuntu)
       Status: New => Invalid

Title:
  16.10 LTS giving error grug efi package failed to install

Status in grub-installer package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  I have tried to install Ubuntu alongside Windows 10 a thousand times,
  and every time I get the error that grub-efi package failed to

  the new Ubuntu takes care of it itself, just give me a solution.
