KDE implementation of apturl does not work in Yakkety. Probably some
dependencies are missing.

$ apturl-kde apt:apturl-kde
Traceback (most recent call last):

  File "/usr/lib/python3/dist-packages/AptUrl/kde/KdeUI.py", line 5, in <module>
