  Details section glitch when downloading updates in Software Updater

Bug description:
  Whenever Software Updater downloads updates, if I click details, the downloads field doesn't expand properly. No matter how big I resize the window, even in maximized state, the details section remains tiny, not allowing to see a single download progress properly without scrolling.

  When installing updates, it expands but doesn't use the full space.

  I'm using Ubuntu 16.10. The last release 16.04 LTS didn't have this
  issue.
