[Bug 1664880] Re: sed license mismatch

Now in sed-4.4 this issue was fixed by packager. Here is the patch.

Bug description:
  The license specified in the /usr/share/doc/sed/copyright states that
  sed is GPLv2, whereas the license specified in "sed --version" is
  GPLv3.
