Public bug reported:

1) The release of Ubuntu you are using, via 'lsb_release -rd' or System
-> About Ubuntu

$ lsb_release -rd
Description:	Ubuntu 16.10
Release:	16.10

main, universe, restricted and multiverse repositories are enabled.

2) The version of the package you are using, via 'apt-cache policy
pkgname' or by checking in Software Center

$ apt-cache policy software-center
software-center:
  Installed: (none)
  Candidate: 16.01+16.04.20160420
  Version table:
     16.01+16.04.20160420 500
        500 http://tr.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu yakkety/universe amd64 Packages
        500 http://tr.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu yakkety/universe i386 Packages

3) What you expected to happen

It is expected that when I search for a software by using Ubuntu
Software (a.k.a. Ubuntu Software Center) it is listed as available if it
is available by using apt command.

4) What happened instead

Ubuntu Software (a.k.a. Ubuntu Software Center) does not show all
software which are in fact available by using apt. For example:
keepassx, keepass2, freeciv, arbtt, qtcreator...

** Affects: software-center (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New

** Package changed: apt (Ubuntu) => software-center (Ubuntu)
