[Impact]
A change was landed in dell-wmi.ko which extend scan code of microphone mute from 0x150 to 0x100150, so that we need to add the mapping as well.

[Test Case]
1. install the new udev package.
2. press "microphone mute" key from laptop keyboard.
3. microphone should be muted.

[Regression Potential]
low, because this patch is to add a key instead of replace it.
