libvlc-bin failing to process is not the first error. It already bails
out on systemd. But to me that looks like dpkg is incorrectly detecting
libgdk-pixbuf2.0-0:amd64 -> libgdk-pixbuf2.0-0:i386 as a cycle. So let's
reassign to dpkg.
