[Bug 1736880] [NEW] Incomplete Settings -> Network interface

I usually do installation via a netboot mini.iso, and was wondering why
i was not finding the 'wired' settings into Settings -> Network, only
the 'vpn' settings are displayed.

A forum thread have told me that 'netplan (package name is nplan) by default doesn't use NetworkManager when installed from netboot'

Hope to get the next netboot doing a full installation when the bionic
iso will be proposed.
