[Bug 1713798] [NEW] Update of shim-signed 1.32~14.04.2 causes MaaS installations of 14.04 to fail

Public bug reported:

The rename of the file shim.efi.signed to shimx64.efi.signed appears to
be causing MaaS 1.9 to fail to be able to install Ubuntu 14.04.  This
has been reported here with more context:
