  Unable to identify package based on windows for some applications

Bug description:
  When running ubuntu-bug -w the following message is output to
  terminal:

  Gtk-Message: GtkDialog mapped without a transient parent. This is
  discouraged.

  Clicking on windows from GNOME Terminal or Backups has not effect.
  Clicking on a Firefox window however, will trigger the expected
  behavior. It seems ubuntu-bug -w is only recognizing some windows.
