Title:
  asciidoc can't find its icons

Status in asciidoc package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  Converting an asciidoc .txt to HTML per fetchmail's Makefile below
  misses the WARNING icon.

  $ asciidoc --unsafe -a toc -a data-uri -o Mailbox-Names-UTF7.html ../Mailbox-Names-UTF7.txt || { rm -f Mailbox-Names-UTF7.html ; exit 1 ; }
  sh: 1: cannot open /etc/asciidoc/images/icons/warning.png: No such file
  asciidoc: WARNING: Mailbox-Names-UTF7.txt: line 157: {sys:"/usr/bin/python" -u -c "import base64,sys; base64.encode(sys.stdin,sys.stdout)" < "/etc/asciidoc/images/icons/warning.png"}: non-zero exit status

  Offending region in Mailbox-Names-UTF7.txt:

     153
     154	.Incomplete specification:
     155	WARNING: This section and its subsections are not normative references,
     156 and are insufficient to implement UCS-2, UTF-16 or UTF-7 based

  The icons are not in /etc/... but in
  /usr/share/asciidoc/icons/warning.png
