Thanks for the response.
I removed spotweb and it upgraded... 
After upgrade network did not work because it was changed from eth0 to ens32, changed it in etc/network/interfaces and then the network worked again (could this be scripted in the upgrade if you have only one network card). Other problems where that my samba smb.conf was gone... added my shares again. Some installed services did not start anymore...

  3) Expected the system would upgrade
