[Bug 1708264] [NEW] boost_container.so missing

Public bug reported:

Boost.Container uses a compiled library which is required to use its
allocation headers.

Right now its impossible to use headers like
<boost/container/adaptive_pool.hpp> because a corresponding library is
missing.

I guess something like libboost-container-dev is needed.
