The issue seems to be with the packages spotweb and php5.

Investigating (3) spotweb [ amd64 ] < 2011.12.02 > ( web )
Broken spotweb:amd64 Depends on php5 [ amd64 ] < 5.5.9+dfsg-1ubuntu4.21 > ( php )
  Considering php5:amd64 0 as a solution to spotweb:amd64 9999
Added php5:amd64 to the remove list
Fixing spotweb:amd64 via keep of php5:amd64
  MarkKeep php5 [ amd64 ] < 5.5.9+dfsg-1ubuntu4.21 > ( php ) FU=0
