[Bug 1687188] [NEW] 17.04 installation crushed, with manual grub installation

Please see also Bug #1687183. I tried after reboot with live-USB new
installation and selected manual grub-installation. But the installer
also crushed. I'm not sure all bug reports are from the same bug.
Please check it.
